I’d love to hear from you, whether you have a question, a product idea or a correction. You can use the contact form on this page or write directly to [email protected]. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam out, and your message is forwarded to the site owner’s inbox.

Asking a beauty question

A helpful question gives me a little context to work with. Please tell me your skin, hair or nail type, your rough budget, and what you’ve already tried. It also helps to say what you liked or disliked about those products. If you’re shopping for an occasion, tell me what it is and how long the look needs to last.

Suggesting a product

Product suggestions are welcome from readers and from brands. Please include the full product name, the shade or size, and where it’s sold in the United States. A sentence on why it caught your eye is especially useful, as is a link to the brand’s current ingredient list. A suggestion doesn’t guarantee that a product will appear on the site.

Reporting a correction

If you notice an error, a changed formula or a broken link, please send me the page address and describe what looks wrong. A link to a current source helps me confirm the change.

What I can’t help with

I can’t give medical advice or tell you what’s causing a rash, a reaction, hair loss or a nail problem. If you’re worried about your skin, scalp, nails or feet, please contact a doctor or pharmacist. If you think you’re having a serious allergic reaction, seek medical help right away. For a problem with an order, the retailer you bought from is the right place to go, because this site doesn’t sell products.

Privacy and your message

Please leave out sensitive personal details, such as health records or payment information. The Privacy Policy explains how contact messages are handled.
